Inner rejuvenation, ease, and profound relaxation

Restorative Yoga

This accessible and highly adaptive healing practice incorporates Supreme Release Yoga (SRY). This practice utilizes the support of simple props in order to safely contain the architecture of the body in various poses/angles. The natural process of letting go helps to release stress and tension, bring relief to the body, and quiet the mind. A supported practice of conscious rest gives us an opportunity for deep pause where we can drop into a state of profound relaxation. In quietude and stillness, we can simply be who we really are and experience a heart-centered connection to the self.

Mindfulness, Guided Meditation and Yoga Nidra

Quieting the mind allows us to observe our present state of awareness, recognizing that our true nature wants to be at ease. When we are at ease in the mind, the body is receptive, and when our body can find ease, the mind will follow. Mindfulness and meditation practices support our capacity for resourcing when we are met with challenging moments, helping us to better regulate and find our connection back to our inner state of ease. Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, has an especially nourishing effect of helping replenish what is depleted, allowing us to consciously experience deep rest while in a fully awake and aware state of being. 15mins of Yoga Nidra can provide an excellent reboot and recharge midday, offering a clearer mind with more energy than a nap, as well as helping to contribute to better quality sleep at night.

Reiki / Energy Healing

Universal life force is found within us and all around us; its what we all have and share. When we consciously connect to our energy source with an open heart, we can actively participate and interact with our world from a place of authenticity and lightness. With a therapeutic and trauma-informed touch, I help to guide the movement of energy to support one’s inner balance and inner connection. We stay with our breath in the present moment and notice the space created from our letting go and letting be.
