You will have the opportunity to explore breathwork, yoga postures, restorative and healing practices to channel and support balancing your personal energy levels per the Ayurvedic principles of Agni (sun), and Soma (moon).

Stimulate the flow of prana, inner heat and metabolism, perfect for transforming stagnant energy of the winter, spark motivation and inspiration to take action.

Practice your connection to inner stillness and harmony, rest and digest, receptivity and nourishment to support a clear, grounded and renewed sense of wellbeing.

This workshop is beginner friendly and open to all levels.
